Together, ABSA Capital and Sanlam hold 26.329% of Thebe’s equity. The Batho Batho Trust, set up in 1992 to support the efforts of historically disadvantaged South Africans, holds 51.666% of the equity.

The balance of our equity (22.005%) is owned by an employee equity participation scheme, Umhlomulo Equity Participation. The result is a thriving investment management corporation which drives a sustainable business and delivers
