PREFFERED EDUCATION\/QUALIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Post Matric Qualification in Business Management or any related qualification will be an advantage<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least 2-5 years\u2019 experience in a Team Leader position<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Extensive Claims Assessing knowledge including application of \u00a0 PMB and ICD10codes.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understanding of legislation governing the medical aid industry<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understanding the application of tariffs (including modifiers), practice numbers, scheme rules, SAMA and other rules.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Providing training, motivation and assistance to Consultants where necessary to ensure that the department service objectives are met.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Continuous assessment of staff\u2019s skills and implementation of training plan<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Effective Management of the Complaints process including timeous resolution of CMS, HelloPeter and Scheme Queries<\/p>\n
