Within a creative environment your valued contribution will accelerate Phela\u2019s growth in the Wellness Market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREFFERED EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BA\/BCom degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE\/ REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and shareholders<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and mobile APP\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits<\/li>\n<li>Develop trusted advisor relationships with key personnel, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Clearly communicate the progress of monthly\/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Develop new business with existing clients and\/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas<\/li>\n<li>Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports on account status<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with professional team to identify and grow opportunities within territory<\/li>\n<li>Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed<\/li>\n<li>Preparing sales and usage reports.<\/li>\n<li>Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>APPLICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>If you meet these requirements, please forward your CV &amp; Qualifications to: Human Resources at recruitment@tybhealth.co.za<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please Note:<\/strong> Thebe Ya Bophelo will appoint in line with the employment equity plan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The dynamic team at Phela Wellness is looking for a new team member who will help the team reach new milestones and achieve their goals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1830,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"image","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[4,1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1829","post","type-post","status-publish","format-image","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-divisions-associates","category-news","post_format-post-format-image"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.3 -
