\nThe ANC National General Council (NGC) 2015 took place at Gallagher Estate on 08 -12 October. The conference was attended by hundreds of ANC leaders spanning from the branches up to and including the national leadership consisting of Cabinet Ministers, Premiers, ANC Members of Parliament, Members of Provincial Legislatures, Members of Provincial Executive Committees, Mayors, Mayoral Committee members and Directors General of national and provincial departments.<\/p>\n
\nThebe\u2019s participation was on two platforms. The dinner and breakfast meetings with ministers and presence in the exhibition centre. The Thebe Group executives attended the Gala Dinner, where the Honourable President Jacob Zuma was the keynote speaker. The dinner afforded all guests an opportunity to network with both businesses leaders and the ANC representatives in attendance.
\nThebe Group of companies were participants in the Council\u2019s Exhibition area; bringing awareness of the diversity within the Thebe family to the 4000 delegates in attendance. The Group was able to showcase products and services to government that would assist them to deliver their mandate. A lot of delegates visited the Thebe stand to meet the team and get more information on the Group\u2019s offerings. Our stand was visited by both the President and Deputy President of the ANC.
\nThe conference also gave businesses an opportunity to engage with delegates on economic and social policies as well as the NDP and businesses\u2019 role in its implementation. Thebe Executives attended a number of business breakfast sessions where ministers briefed business on topical matters.<\/p>\n
