As part of our contribution to communities, TYB will be running a Call Centre Learnership this year. The Level 4 Learnership is designed to meet the needs of those learners who want to progress. It will also assist those who want to make Contact Centre Operations their chosen career path, in the field of Contact Centres. Contact Centres have become key business tools – integral to the way organisations achieve their business objectives.
The Learnership will cover amongst other the following core unit standards
- Identify customers of Contact Centres
- Monitor and maintain performance standards in a Contact Centre
- Describe features, advantages and benefits of a range of products or services
We are looking for South Africans of all race groups between the ages of 19 and 25 who are keen to carve a career in the Contact Centre environment. You should possess the following:
- Matric or any certificate qualification
- South African citizen (any race group)

- Have been involved in community work,
