Ms Andisa Jekwa rejoined Thebe Investment Corporation in March 2014 from Telkom SA Ltd. She is a corporate governance specialist with a legal background and holds a Higher Diploma in Corporate Law from the University of Johannesburg, and a CIS Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Andisa has held various company secretariat positions at JSE listed Times Media Ltd and Telkom SA Ltd. Earlier in her career, 2000-2002, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was a Tax Administrator and Company secretarial consultant. She is currently completing a Commerce degree in Law with the University of South Africa. She is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
